Taupo Falls (New Zealand)

Stayed at a hostel near Lake Taupo and did a short hike to Taupo Falls in the morning. There was a hot spring along the way to swim in.

Did a hike down through the canyon and followed the canyon ridge back to the start.

Hiked Cannon on a really hot day. Camped at Lost River Campground. 

First logged 4000 footer, this is where I really caught the hiking bug. Incidentally, we also all caught the stomach bug, which is far less cool.
